This is a guide on how you can access your exclusive SNAMES membership account on our new platform:
*Note: This guide is only for users who are signing in to our new SNAMES membership system for the first time only.
Step 1:
Visit our main membership page at: https://membership.snames.org.sg/
Step 2:
If you are accessing this system for the first time, you need to reset your account password.
Click on the User Account icon at the top right side of the page, it will bring you to a log-in page.
Step 3:
At the log-in page, select the "Forgot password" option.
Step 4:
You will come to a Reset Password page. Key in your email address that was officially registered with SNAMES.
Check the "I'm not a robot" checkbox and proceed to do the security verification.
Click the "Submit" button.
Note: You must use the email address that is registered with SNAMES, if not, you will not be able to access your account.
Step 5:
An email with the Password reset instructions will be sent to your email address within a few seconds.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset to your desired password.
Step 6:
Once your password has been reset, proceed back to https://membership.snames.org.sg/ and log in with your new password.
Once logged in, click on the User Account icon at the top right side of the page again and select "View profile".
Step 7:
You will come to your profile page.
You can see all your account options and settings e.g. user information, membership card, email subscription preference, etc.
Do take some time to update your profile so that we can document your membership details for future communications and access to exclusive members' only content.
